My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is unbeatable, right next to the beach and a quaint village with shops and restaurants. The room had a lovely view, but it was a bit damp upon arrival and we faced some noise issues from a wedding reception below. Service was a hit or miss, with friendly staff at times but also some confusion regarding amenities. Dining options were limited, which left something to be desired. Overall, it's a great spot but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin for my birthday, enjoying the beach location and attentive service. The views from our room's balcony were stunning, and the food at The Reserve was definitely a highlight. However, the lack of cleaning during our stay was a bit disappointing, and there was some confusion regarding the amenities included with our resort fee. Overall, it was a lovely getaway that's perfect for a relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Jekyll Island, especially enjoying the beautiful ocean views and the comfortable amenities. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our visit even more enjoyable. While there were a couple of minor issues with room upkeep and breakfast temperature, overall, it was a great value for the price with delicious meals and a fantastic location right by the beach.
